How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free to all parts of Singapore. For shipping outside of Singapore, email us at We will work something out for you! Do take note that charges are applicable for International Shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Items are usually mailed out within 24 hours and it will take 3 working days or more to arrive. It might however, take longer than stated. So please do be patient. We try our best to get it to you as fast as we can! For any enquiries contact us at For International buyers, we will advise you accordingly.

A tracking number will be sent out to your registered e-mail. Allow up to 24 Hours for the it to be available.

Has my item been shipped yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a tracking code for you to track the status of your parcel. This email will be sent to the one you used to register with us. Do check your Junk Mail if you did not receive it!




What is your Returns Policy?

We accept returns that are done within 07 days of receipt (Domestic Orders) in exchange for Store Credit only. Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition with its original packaging can be returned.

For Returns and Exchanges, we advise you to notify us at with your Order ID and product details. We will advise you further on how to do the returns. Shipping costs for Returns are borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches us. To be eligible, items have to be unused and in the original condition you received it, including its original packaging.

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund (in exchange for Store Credits) of any transaction although the conditions above are met.

How do I return something to you?

You can return clothing item(s) to us within 07 days of receiving it. All items have to be in its original condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging.

Can I exchange my item to a new size/colour?

Yes of course! Email us at with your Order ID, product details and the new size/colour that you want. We will process it accordingly as soon as we can.

Items are subject to availability and in the case that the item that you want is not in stock, we will refund you with Store Credits.

Shipping charges are applicable and are borne by the customer.
